Reporting overview
Reporting is your analyze surface — the place that answers "how am I doing?" It's distinct from your dashboard, which is your act surface and answers "what should I do right now?" When you want to step back and look at the numbers, you come here.
What lives in Reporting
Open Reporting from the left navigation. Everything sits under one home with a row of view tabs so the analytics that used to be scattered now read as a single place:
- Report Library — ready-to-run reports plus any you've built. This is where you land by default. See Reports library.
- Production — your closed and pending business, goals, and pace against target. See Production & goals.
- Pipeline — how your pipeline is converting, stage to stage, and where transactions are leaking.
- Business (brokers/team leads) — the brokerage's financial snapshot: volume, GCI, transaction mix, and per-agent production.
- Team (brokers/team leads) — how the whole brokerage is doing across units, volume, GCI, and per-agent output.
Who sees what
- Agents see the Report Library, Production, and Pipeline — your own performance and conversion.
- Brokers and team leads additionally see Business and Team, which aggregate across the brokerage. These broker-level views are hidden for agents.
This follows Realm's scope rules: agents analyze their own work; broker roles get the rolled-up brokerage picture.
Reporting reads from the same record as your Activity feed and Timeline — it's the analyze-shaped view of the same history, not a separate copy of the numbers.
