Browser extension & CRM memory
Not all of your business lives inside Realm yet. If you still work leads in another CRM — Brivity, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE — the EVE browser extension brings that world into EVE's view, so your Daily Briefing reflects your whole book, not just the relationships already in Realm.
The extension
The EVE browser extension is a companion that rides along in your browser. You connect it to your Realm account once, and from then on it gives you EVE where you already work:
- An overlay with context. When you're on a page about a person the extension recognizes, it can match them to a Realm contact and show you who they are plus the sensible next actions — right there, without switching tabs.
- Add to Realm in a click. When the extension spots someone worth tracking, you can pull them into Realm as a contact on the spot.
If the extension can't reach what it needs, it degrades gracefully and shows a reduced overlay rather than nothing.
CRM memory
Here's the part that makes the extension quietly powerful: as you move through your other CRM, the extension remembers what it sees — the leads and contacts that look like they need attention — and reports that back to EVE.
The payoff shows up in your Daily Briefing as a From your CRM section: "these people across your CRM need you today," sitting right alongside the relationships already native to Realm. It means EVE's read on your day covers everyone you're working, not just the ones you've moved over.
This memory is yours and yours alone — it's your own view of your own book, kept private to you. It's not transaction content and it isn't shared across your Workspace.
Keeping it honest
If you dismiss an item from the From your CRM section, it stays dismissed — even when the extension sees the same lead again on your next visit to that CRM. "Forget it" means forget it; EVE won't keep resurfacing something you've already waved off.
