Your leads get an answer in seconds. Every time.

Growing agents hire someone to answer the leads. EVE Talk is that hire, she answers in seconds, qualifies, and books off your real calendar, turn after turn, then hands you the thread the moment it earns a human. Not just new inquiries: import the database you already paid for and she works those too. By text, by email, and when you miss a call, she picks up.

Live demo

Don't take our word for it. Call her.

Dial the line below and have a real two-minute conversation with EVE. Ask her what she does, how handoffs work, whatever you like, and don't be surprised if she offers to book you a demo.

A real call, answered by EVE, the same assistant that would answer your leads. She'll tell you she's an AI, because she always does.

Your leads. Your database.

You already paid for hundreds of leads. She'll work them.

We don't sell you leads. EVE Talk comes with the CRM, import your database out of Follow Up Boss, Brivity, BoldTrail, Lofty, or a spreadsheet, and EVE starts working the contacts sitting in it. The ones you bought, forgot, and never followed up.

Import in minutes
Your existing CRM export, mapped and de-duplicated, nothing re-typed.
She works the list
Multi-touch follow-up by text and email, answered live when they reply.
You get the ones that matter
A qualified lead with a booked time, handed to you with the whole thread.

And she learns from every reply your own leads send back, which channel and which timing actually get responses from your list , so the follow-up gets better the longer she works your database.

How it works

From "is it still available?" to a booked showing.

The same EVE that briefs you every morning is the one talking to your lead, same memory, same voice, same record. Handoffs lose nothing.

A lead arrives
A reply, a portal inquiry, a text out of the blue
EVE answers in seconds
A real reply, disclosed as your assistant
Qualifies + remembers
Timeline, financing, area, saved as data, not transcript
Books the appointment
Or hands you the thread, with everything she learned
Built to be trusted

Your name is on every conversation. So the rules are hard rules.

An assistant that texts your leads has to be safer than one that doesn't. These aren't settings, they're how EVE Talk is built.

EVE never negotiates price. Ever.

Pricing, offers, legal questions, financing distress, complaints, the moment one comes up, EVE stops and brings it to you with a summary. That rule lives in code, in every mode, and no setting turns it off.

One tap and you're in the conversation.

Take over any thread, any time, right where it lives. EVE stands down instantly and hands you everything the conversation learned. Hand it back whenever you want.

Your leads always know who they're talking to.

EVE introduces herself as your assistant, never a made-up name pretending to be a person. If a lead asks for you, or asks whether she's an AI, she tells the truth and brings you in.

Every word, on the record.

Every turn EVE takes is written to a permanent log in your own account, what she said, when, and why she handed off. Nothing is edited after the fact, and nothing lives only on a vendor's dashboard.

Your calendar, your rules.

EVE books inside the working hours you set for each day and checks your real REALM calendar before proposing a time, so nothing double-books. And any day you mark "ask me first", weekends, out of the box, becomes an approval on your desk, not a booking: EVE tells the lead she'll confirm with you and brings you the request.

The honest comparison

What an AI ISA costs, and what it knows.

The established AI ISA products converse from a script and the lead form. EVE converses from the system of record. Here's the difference, dimension by dimension.

Questions agents ask

The fine print, in plain language.

Does EVE start talking to my whole database?
No. Conversations are opt-in, you turn them on, and you choose how much rope EVE gets: Suggest (she recommends replies), Guided (she drafts every reply and you tap send), or Autopilot (she holds the thread herself). Nothing is enrolled behind your back, and the default is conservative.
Can I take over mid-conversation?
Any time, with one tap, right in the thread. EVE stands down instantly and hands you a summary of everything the conversation learned, who they are, their timeline, financing, what they asked. You can hand the thread back to her whenever you want.
Do my leads know they're talking to an AI?
Yes, on purpose. EVE introduces herself as your assistant in her first message and every turn is signed as EVE in the log. If a lead asks for you by name, or asks whether she's a bot, she tells the truth and brings you in. Trust survives disclosure; discovered deception doesn't.
What happens when a lead asks about price or wants to negotiate?
EVE stops and brings it to you. Pricing, offers, legal questions, financing distress, and complaints are structurally off-limits for her, a hard rule in code that applies in every mode, including Autopilot. You get the thread plus a summary; the lead gets you.
Can EVE book showings whenever she wants?
No, she books on your terms. You set working hours for each day of the week, a minimum notice window, and buffer between appointments, and EVE only proposes times that clear your real REALM calendar, so nothing double-books. Every day is yours to set, Book it, Ask me first, or Never, and on an ask-first day (weekends start that way) EVE tells the lead she'll confirm with you and hands you the request to approve instead of booking it. Out of the box: weekdays 9 to 6, weekends ask-first, three hours' minimum notice.
What channels does EVE Talk work on?
Standalone accounts start with email on day one, connect your own Gmail or Outlook and EVE answers from your address. Text-message conversations switch on once a REALM phone number is provisioned for your account. On the full REALM platform, EVE works your existing threads.
Is it included if I'm already on REALM?
Yes. EVE Talk is included in the REALM AGENT plan at no extra cost, and on the platform, the same conversations gain transaction context, so EVE can answer "when is closing?" because she can see the closing.

EVE is always disclosed as an assistant in conversation, keeps a full append-only record of every turn, and never handles pricing, offers, legal questions, or complaints on her own, those always come to you.
