Your whole book, staged and visible
Every person in one list: clients, leads, sphere, vendors, and team, each with stage, source, last touch, next task, and the transaction they are tied to. Filters and rollups show who needs follow-up today, not just who exists.
Leads route by speed-to-lead rules and named buckets, so an inbound inquiry lands with an owner in seconds and EVE sends the first touch while the lead is still hot.
- Stages, sources, and next tasks on every contact
- Lead buckets and routing rules with instant assignment
- EVE's first-touch follow-up the moment a lead is routed
One contact record, fully loaded
Open a contact and everything is already there: the email and text thread, notes, documents, the transactions they belong to, their property profile and budget, and the buyer agreements the transaction will need, flagged by EVE if anything is missing.
Home Intelligence rides on the record too: an estimated value, equity position, and market pulse for the property in play, so you walk into every conversation already briefed.
- The live thread, documents, and transactions on the record itself
- EVE flags missing buyer agreements before they block anything
- Lead score, property profile, and Home Intelligence in one view
Nurture that runs itself
Drip sequences, re-connect sweeps, and stale-lead detection run on a cadence you approve. EVE detects a relationship that used to talk weekly and has gone quiet for six, drafts the reconnect, and never double-touches someone already in a sequence.
Duplicates stay out of the book: same-owner contacts with the same email merge on create, and an owner-controlled merge tool cleans up the rest.
- Multi-touch nurture sequences with per-step channel and timing
- Relationship-drift detection with a drafted reconnect
- De-duplication on create plus owner-controlled merge
It stops itself. A sequence that keeps sending after someone answers is worse than never having sent at all.
Frequently asked questions
Is REALM a CRM or a transaction platform?
Both, in one system. The CRM (contacts, leads, pipeline, nurture) and the transaction side (documents, signatures, compliance) share the same records, so a client never gets re-typed and a conversation never loses its transaction context.
Can REALM import my contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. The importer has presets for Follow Up Boss, Brivity, BoldTrail (kvCORE), and Lofty (Chime), plus a generic CSV mapping with preview and dry-run. Imports de-duplicate against your existing book instead of creating copies.
How does lead routing work?
Inbound leads land through source connectors or your agent website, match a named bucket, and assign to an owner by your routing rules. EVE can send the first-touch follow-up automatically the moment the lead is assigned.
What does EVE actually do in the CRM?
EVE reads the whole book and surfaces what needs you: who is waiting on a reply, which leads are idle, promises you made in writing, and relationships that are drifting. It drafts the follow-ups and, depending on your autonomy mode, either suggests, prepares for approval, or sends.
Does the CRM cost extra?
No. The CRM is part of REALM AGENT at $249 per seat per month, alongside transactions, signing, compliance, and EVE. There is no per-lead or per-contact pricing.
