What is REALM?
REALM is the whole real estate business in one platform, CRM, transaction management, compliance, documents, e-signature, and client communication, and EVE is the team who runs it. She answers leads in seconds, keeps every file moving to a clean close, and tells you each morning what needs you. Instead of stitching four or five subscriptions together and still doing the work yourself, agents, teams, and brokerages run the whole business in one place.
How much does REALM cost?
Four plans. EVE X is $49 per month: EVE in your browser, working over the CRM and tools you already use. REALM Sign is $15 per user per month: standalone e-signature with unlimited envelopes. REALM AGENT is $249 per seat per month, solo or team, and includes the full system: transactions, compliance, communication, EVE, pipeline, and reporting. REALM BROKER uses published volume pricing: $179 per seat for 2 to 9 seats, $149 for 10 to 24, $79 for 25 to 99, and $59 at 100 or more, everything included with no platform fee.
What exactly is a Transaction?
A Transaction is a single transaction container: one property with one buyer or seller relationship. Inside it live the documents, the people (agent, client, TC, vendors), the milestones and key dates, the messages, and the compliance state for that transaction. Nothing leaks between Transactions.
How does compliance work in REALM?
It adapts to who holds compliance authority for you. A solo independent agent gets useful checklists with no enforced review. An agent whose brokerage runs compliance elsewhere gets an advisory checklist. A brokerage that manages compliance natively in REALM gets the full engine: required documents, broker review, stage gates, and automations.
What is the Vault?
The Vault is permanent, tamper-proof storage for completed Transactions. When a transaction is done, you vault it: the documents, signatures, compliance state, and full history are sealed exactly as they were, for as long as your retention policy requires. Think of it as the locked filing cabinet for closed transactions.
Can I import my contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and import it in Settings, with ready-made presets for Follow Up Boss, Brivity, BoldTrail (kvCORE), and Lofty (Chime), plus a generic mapper for anything else. The flow is upload, map fields, review a dry run, then import, so you see exactly what will happen before anything is written.
