AI That Learns Your Business

The AI assistant that gets better the longer it works for you

AI models are everywhere now, and the drafts they write on day one all sound about the same. The difference that lasts is not the model, it is what the assistant accumulates. EVE accumulates three things no generic tool can copy: a memory of your whole book, a record of what actually works with your own contacts, and the live numbers of your local market.

None of it is pre-trained on you. EVE starts learning when you start, from your own account, and everything she learns is visible: you can open the rollup and read exactly what she knows.

A general assistant, on your business
0facts it already knowsnothingeverything

Every request starts by re-supplying the client, the property, the price and the dates. You are the context window.

The problem with AI that starts from zero

A generic AI writing tool starts every conversation from a blank slate. It does not know that this client mentioned a September timeline in March, that you promised the inspection summary on Tuesday, or that texts get answered on your list and emails do not.

So it drafts plausible words with none of your history in them, and it drafts the same words for every agent who types the same prompt. Nothing carries over, which is also why leaving it costs nothing: it never knew anything to leave behind.

She remembers your whole book, and shows you

EVE keeps a working memory of the people you serve: durable facts a client mentioned, promises she detected and whether you kept them, opportunities she spotted in inbound messages, relationships she is tracking for drift, wins on the record, even what she has observed in your existing CRM through the browser extension. It all rolls up in one visible place, so what she knows is never a black box.

  • Facts remembered per contact, timelines, constraints, life events
  • Promises detected in your own messages, tracked to kept
  • Opportunities and relationship drift spotted across the book
  • Observations from your existing CRM via the EVE X extension
  • One visible rollup: you can read everything she knows

She learns from your own results

EVE records every follow-up she sends and every reply that comes back, the channel, the timing, how long the answer took, per agent, on your own database.

Once you have enough send history for the numbers to mean something (about twenty sends), her drafts start carrying grounded hints learned from your results: which channel gets replies from your book, and when to send. Your numbers, cited, never an industry average, and never someone else's data.

  • Every send and reply recorded: channel, timing, response latency
  • Hints appear once there is real history, about twenty sends
  • Learned from your database only, and it keeps improving as you work
Your replies · your sends, last 90 days
41%Text8am22%Email7am34%Call5pm12%Text9pm

Yours, not an industry average. Under twenty sends EVE reports nothing at all rather than a number it cannot stand behind.

She shows you what she contributed

The record runs all the way to the outcome. Alongside sends and replies, EVE notes the bookings she completed herself, and a daily pass checks your closed transactions against her send history: when she was working a client's thread in the 180 days before the close, that closing is counted as one her follow-ups touched. Touched, not won. She was part of the run-up; the record never claims more than that.

Then, every quarter, she turns the same honesty on your whole business. The EVE Business Review reads your own production, pipeline, outreach results, and local market, and narrates what happened, what worked, and what to focus on next, every number cited to its source, and never an invented benchmark. Agents pay coaches hundreds a month largely for that quarterly read; EVE includes it.

  • Closings her follow-ups touched, counted from your own record
  • A quarterly review: what happened, what worked, what to focus on
  • Every figure cited to its source, no invented benchmarks

Six files, one agent, one system. EVE watches every stage of your book.

Her market updates carry real numbers

When EVE drafts a client update or a briefing, she grounds it in live local figures computed from REALM's MLS feed: median days on market, active and pending counts, and median prices by city and ZIP, each carrying an as-of date. No forecasts and no guesses, current numbers a client can check, cited to when they were computed.

  • Median days on market, actives, pendings, and median prices
  • Computed per city and ZIP from the live MLS feed
  • Every figure carries its as-of date

Learning never outruns trust

However much EVE learns, the rules do not move. Sensitive topics, pricing, offers, contract and legal questions, complaints, always route to you, in every mode. Every action she takes is written to an append-only log, and every prepared move cites its source. When she does not have a citable source, she asks instead of acting.

  • Pricing, offers, legal, and complaints always go to the human
  • An append-only action log, nothing edited after the fact
  • Source citation on every prepared action: no source, no action

Frequently asked questions

Is EVE already trained on my data before I sign up?

No. EVE learns from your account only after you start: your contacts, your conversations, your sends and replies. On day one she works from what you import and connect; the learning builds from there. We do not claim she arrives knowing your business, the point is that she earns that knowledge working for you.

How long until the learning shows up in her drafts?

The memory shows up immediately, facts, promises, and opportunities are detected from the first conversations she reads. Outcome-based hints in her drafts appear once your own send history is large enough to mean something, around twenty sends, because a pattern from three messages is a coincidence, not a result.

What exactly does EVE remember, and can I see it?

Durable facts a contact mentioned, promises she detected and their status, opportunities she spotted, relationships she is tracking, recorded wins, and observations from your existing CRM via the browser extension. All of it is visible in one rollup, what she knows is readable, not a black box.

Where do the market numbers in her updates come from?

From REALM's live MLS feed. EVE computes median days on market, active and pending counts, and median prices per city and ZIP, and every figure she cites carries the date it was computed. She reports what the market is doing now; she does not forecast where it is going.

Does what EVE learns from my business train her for other agents?

No. What she learns from your sends, replies, and contacts is learned per agent, on your own database. Transaction content never crosses accounts, that boundary is part of how EVE is built, not a setting.

What happens when a conversation gets sensitive?

It comes to you. Pricing, offers, contract and legal questions, financing distress, and complaints always route to the human, in every autonomy mode, and that rule cannot be configured off. Every turn EVE takes is on an append-only record you can read.

Can my clients use EVE?

Yes. Buyers and sellers get EVE in their client portal, answering questions about their own transaction only, what happens after inspection, when the earnest money is due, what they still need to sign. She is grounded in that one transaction and nothing else, and anything touching price, contract terms, or legal is never answered there: it is handed to you, with a notification, so no question drops.

What happens when I miss a call?

If you opt in, EVE answers, always introducing herself as your assistant, never as you. She helps the caller, and when they want to meet she proposes showing times from your real availability; she never books without your confirmation. Price, contract, and legal questions are set aside for your callback, and you get the transcript plus a callback task. If you have not opted in, callers get your voicemail exactly as before.

Start the compounding

Every day EVE works your book, she knows more about it, your people, your results, your market. That is the part no fresh tool can copy.
