Welcome to the REALM Guide, the complete reference for how REALM works and how to use it. It is a reference guide, a how-to guide, and a knowledge base rolled into one, written for agents (not engineers).

The 60-second mental model
- A Workspace is your brokerage/team container (your org, members, billing, settings). You can belong to several and switch between them.
- A Realm is a single transaction — one property, one buyer or seller engagement. Everything about a transaction (documents, tasks, messages, milestones, people) lives inside its Realm.
- EVE is your operating partner — one intelligence layer that spans chat, insights, banners, and "Finish with EVE." EVE proposes; you approve. It never changes a Realm behind your back.
- People → Leads → Pipeline → Realm is the lifecycle: a contact becomes a lead, moves across the pipeline, and becomes a Realm when it goes under contract.
- Transaction Templates bundle the documents, milestones, reminders, and rules a transaction needs into one reusable blueprint you apply to a Realm.
