Your first day

A short, guided walkthrough to get you from sign-in to doing real work. Follow it top to bottom the first time; after that you'll know your way around.

1. Sign in

  1. Go to your Realm sign-in page and enter your email and password.
  2. If your brokerage invited you, use the email the invitation was sent to — that's how Realm links you to the right Workspace.
  3. If anything looks off after signing in (wrong organization, missing data), it's almost always a Workspace question — see step 2.

2. Pick your Workspace

A Workspace is the organization you're working inside (your brokerage or team). You may belong to more than one.

  1. Look at the top of the screen for the current Workspace name.
  2. If it's not the one you want, use Switch Workspace in the header to change it.
  3. Realm remembers your choice, so you'll land in the same Workspace next time.

3. Get your bearings

Your first stop is Insights (the gauge icon at the top of the left nav). This is your home base — it shows what needs your attention today, your REALMS at a glance, and EVE's recommended actions. Spend a minute here before diving in.

Then skim the left nav so you know where things live. The full map is in Finding your way around.

4. Your first tasks

Pick whichever fits what you have in front of you:

  • Add a contact. Open People and create your first contact. This is the start of the People → Leads → Pipeline → Realm lifecycle.
  • Look at your REALMS. Open REALMS to see your live transactions. Open one to see its documents, milestones, members, and messages in one place.
  • Send a message. Open Connect to email or text a contact — email, texting, and your inbox all live here.
  • Check your tasks. Open Tasks for everything on your plate, and Calendar for your dates and key deadlines.
  • Search for a home. Open Properties to search the MLS, build a working list, and track Saved homes for a buyer.

5. Let EVE help

As you work, EVE is watching alongside you. You'll see:

  • Insights and banners — ambient nudges and recommended actions, right next to the work they're about.
  • "Finish with EVE" — inside a Realm, EVE prepares a batch of updates and next steps for you to review and approve.

EVE always proposes; you approve. Start with Meet EVE when you're ready.

Tip: You don't have to set anything up to benefit from EVE. It works ambiently in the background. Just do your normal work and watch for its suggestions.
