Draft with EVE

Building a Transaction Template from scratch is faster when EVE writes the first draft. Describe the kind of transaction in plain language, and EVE drafts a starter blueprint — a sensible timeline and reminders — that you review and then build into a real, editable Transaction Template.

How to use it

  1. Go to Brokerage Settings → Realm Settings → Transaction Templates.
  2. Click ✦ Draft with EVE.
  3. Tell EVE the basics: Solar "10-day inspection, lender requires extra docs")
    • State (for example, AZ)
    • Side — Buyer or Seller
    • Financing — conventional, cash, VA, and so on
    • Any property conditions that apply: Well, Septic, HOA,
    • An optional free-text note for anything specific (for example,
  4. Click ✦ Draft with EVE.

Review the blueprint

EVE returns a starter blueprint showing the milestones and communications it suggests, with their timing (anchor date and offset). Read it over — this is a proposal, not a finished Transaction Template.

If EVE is unavailable, you'll still get a standard starter blueprint so you're never stuck. The result is labeled so you know it's the fallback.

Build it

When the draft looks right, click Build this Transaction Template →. EVE creates a new Transaction Template from the blueprint and opens it in the builder. From there it behaves like any other Transaction Template:

  • It's a draft — nothing is live until you publish it.
  • You can edit everything: attach Compliance Packs, adjust milestones and reminders, add rules, and set the Vault policy.
  • Publish when you're happy with it.

EVE drafts the structure; you stay in control of what gets published and applied to real Realms.
