Working with EVE

The most direct way to use EVE is to just ask. EVE chat is available across Realm, and because EVE is grounded in your actual data, it can answer questions about your specific Realms — not generic advice.

Chatting with EVE

1. Open EVE chat (the assistant is available from anywhere in the dashboard).
2. Type your question in plain language — no special commands or syntax.
3. Read EVE's answer. It comes back formatted for skimming: bold key points, bullet lists, and numbered steps where it's walking you through something.

You can keep the conversation going. EVE remembers the thread, so you can ask follow-ups without repeating yourself.

What EVE knows about

EVE is grounded in the work already in Realm, so you can ask about:

• Your Realms — the status of a transaction, what's missing, what's due, who's involved.
• Your Packs — which required documents a Realm needs and which are still outstanding.
• Your Transaction Templates — what a Transaction Template will set up, and how to apply one to a Realm.
• Your people, leads, and tasks — what's on your plate and what's moving.

Because EVE reads through to the real data, its answers reflect the current state of your business, not a stale snapshot.

Good things to ask

• "What's blocking the Realm at 123 Main Street?"
• "Which documents are still missing on my buyer Realms?"
• "Draft a follow-up to this lead."
• "What should I focus on today?"
• "Walk me through applying the standard buyer Transaction Template to this Realm."

How EVE answers safely

• It cites sources. When EVE points to a fact about a Realm, it tells you where that came from.
• It asks when unsure. If confidence is low or signals conflict, EVE will ask a clarifying question or defer rather than guess.
• It stays inside the Realm. What EVE learns about one Realm's transaction details stays in that Realm — it won't leak a buyer's details from one transaction into a suggestion on another.
