The Documents hub

The Documents hub is your workspace-wide file repository — every document across every Realm and every contact, in one place. Reach it from Documents in the main nav. It's the counterpart to a single Realm's documents: the Realm shows one transaction's checklist, the hub shows everything at once.

Tabs

Depending on your role, the hub shows a strip of tabs across the top:

  • All Documents — every real, filled file across your Realms and people. Browse, search, upload, and manage access here.
  • Form Templates (brokers & team leads) — the brokerage's library of blank, autofillable forms. See Forms Library.
  • Referrals — every referral agreement. These are the same records as People → Referrals, shown here too because the hub is the org's main repository.
  • Home Reports — every home valuation report you've generated.

If your role only has one of these tabs, the strip doesn't show — you go straight to the content.

The All Documents views

Inside All Documents, a set of pills lets you narrow the whole repository by where a file lives:

  • All — everything, grouped by container.
  • REALMS — files that belong to a transaction, listed by Realm.
  • Personal — your own files that aren't tied to a Realm or a contact (your private working documents).
  • People — documents that belong to a contact rather than a transaction, such as a person's signed agreements. These are shown with whose documents they are.

Personal ≠ People. Personal is only your own files — no Realm, no contact. People is a contact's documents (like their signed BBA). Keeping them separate means a client's paperwork never lands in your private area.

Uploading from the hub

Choose Upload and pick where the file should go:

  • A Realm — attaches it to that transaction (and EVE classifies it onto the checklist, just like uploading from inside the Realm).
  • A contact — files it under that person in the People view.
  • Personal — keeps it in your own area.
  • Referral — files it as a referral agreement.

Every file you upload also honors its visibility — Agent Only, Client Visible, Internal, or All Members — so you control who sees it.
