Forms Library

The Forms Library is your brokerage's collection of blank, autofillable forms — the state and association PDFs your transactions need. Instead of printing a form, filling it by hand, and scanning it back, you pick a form for a Realm and EVE fills it from what it already knows. Find it under Documents → Form Templates (brokers and team leads manage it; agents fill forms from inside a Realm).

How it works

There are two sides to the library:

  • Brokers build the library. A broker or admin uploads a blank form PDF once, with a little metadata (name, state, document type). That form is then available to fill on any Realm.
  • Agents fill forms on a transaction. From a Realm you pick a form, preview the values EVE has filled in, and generate a finished document.

You never place a field on a form. That's the point of the next section.

EVE reads the form for you

The hard part of any forms product is telling the software where each field goes on the page. Realm does that automatically when a form is added to the library:

  • If the PDF has real fillable fields built in, EVE uses them directly.
  • If the PDF is flat or was prepared for e-signature (no fillable fields — the common case), EVE reads the form's text and layout, finds each label ("Buyer", "Purchase Price", "Close of Escrow"), and places a field next to it, mapped to the Realm fact that fills it.

EVE never guesses a position out of thin air — every field it places sits on a label it actually found on the page. A broker can re-run this mapping on any template, and older forms heal themselves the first time someone fills them.

Filling a form on a Realm

  1. In a Realm's Documents area, choose Use a form (or **Auto Forms** on a specific missing requirement).
  2. Pick the template. If you launched it from a requirement, the matching form is pre-selected.
  3. Preview the autofilled values — property address, price, client names, key dates — pulled straight from the Realm. Each value shows where it came from, and you can edit anything before generating.
  4. Generate. Realm produces a finished document and attaches it to the checklist, exactly like an uploaded file.

Because the client's name and details are read from the contact (not copied), a filled form always reflects the current, correct information.

Packets and signing

Forms can be grouped into a packet — a one-click bundle your brokerage assembles (for example, a standard buyer packet) so several forms fill at once. A generated form is an ordinary document, so it flows straight into the built-in e-signature flow — nothing special to set up. See Signing documents.
