Inside a Realm

Open any Realm and you're looking at one transaction. Everything about it is here, organized into a few areas. This page is a quick tour so you know where each thing lives.

The header

The top of a Realm shows the property, the side (buyer or seller), and the stage the Realm is in — for example Under Contract, Inspection, or Closed. A health badge tells you at a glance whether the transaction is on track or needs attention.

Documents

The Realm's contracts, disclosures, and forms, plus a checklist of what's still required. Each item shows its status — Awaiting Signature, Needs Review, Completed — so you always know what's outstanding. Upload a file and EVE classifies it and drops it onto the right checklist item. You can also fill a blank brokerage form or split a combined PDF right from here. See A Realm's documents, Uploading & classifying, and Forms Library.

Milestones & key dates

The dates that drive the transaction — offer, contract, inspection, appraisal, financing, and closing — and the milestones tied to them. See Milestones & key dates.

The Transaction Template timeline

If a Transaction Template is applied, its milestones appear here as a timeline, anchored to your key dates, with anything Scheduled by EVE listed alongside. No Transaction Template yet? Brokers see an inline Apply Transaction Template picker. See Applying a Transaction Template.

Members

The people on this transaction — your client, a co-agent, a TC, vendors — each with a transaction role. See Members & roles.

Messages & tasks

The email and texts tied to the Realm, and the to-dos that move it forward. Drafts EVE prepares show up in the composer you already use — nothing lives in a separate "AI" panel.

EVE Insights

EVE's read on the transaction: what's missing, what's at risk, and the updates it has prepared for you. EVE proposes; you approve. Approving on one surface updates the others instantly. See Insights, banners & alerts and Finish with EVE.

Everything in a Realm is scoped to that one transaction. To change brokerage-wide settings, members, or billing, switch up to your Workspace — those don't live inside a Realm.
