Meet EVE

EVE is your operating partner inside Realm — the intelligence layer that watches your Realms, surfaces what matters, and prepares the next step for you. EVE isn't a chatbot bolted on the side and it isn't a separate "AI mode" you switch into. It's woven through the product, working ambiently next to the work it's about.

One EVE, many surfaces

You'll meet EVE in several places, but it's always the same EVE, with the same context and memory:

  • Chat — ask EVE questions in plain language. See Working with EVE.
  • The Daily Briefing — a "here's your day" digest EVE assembles each morning. See The Daily Briefing.
  • Awareness — EVE quietly tracks who's waiting on you, promises you made, and relationships going quiet. See What EVE is watching.
  • Insights — a panel of readiness, risks, and recommended actions, right where the work is.
  • Banners and alerts — ambient nudges when something needs your attention.
  • The page slider — EVE opens on every page with what needs you there. See EVE on every page.
  • "Finish with EVE" — inside a Realm, EVE prepares a batch of updates for you to review and approve in one pass.
  • EVE Talk — the one surface where EVE talks to your leads rather than to you: answering texts, emails, and missed calls in seconds, qualifying, and proposing showing times from your calendar. See EVE Talk.

These are just different views over one intelligence layer. Approve something in one place and the others update immediately — there's one EVE, not a chat-EVE and an insights-EVE.

EVE proposes; you approve

This is the rule that makes EVE safe to trust:

  • EVE reasons and prepares. It reads your documents, Realms, and deadlines and figures out what should happen next.
  • You decide. Nothing changes your transaction — no update sent, no date moved, no message sent — until you approve it.
  • It cites its sources. When EVE prepares an action, it points to where the information came from. If it can't cite a source, it asks instead of acting.

EVE never edits a Realm, sends a message, or changes compliance state behind your back — unless you've put EVE on Autopilot for that kind of routine work, and even then sensitive items always come to you. If you didn't approve it (or set it up), it didn't happen. See EVE's autonomy modes.

Built for trust, not flash

EVE is designed to prefer being honest over being impressive. When it's unsure or signals conflict, it asks, defers, or escalates rather than guessing. You'll also notice EVE speaks plainly — it tells you "EVE prepared 3 updates," not internal jargon.

Autonomy modes

You can set how forward-leaning EVE is — from surfacing ideas to handling routine work on your behalf:

  • Suggest — EVE surfaces ideas; you do the rest.
  • Guided — EVE prepares actions and walks you through approving them.
  • Autopilot — EVE handles routine, well-sourced steps on your behalf. Sensitive items still come to you.
