Getting started

Welcome to Realm. This section gets you oriented fast — what the platform is, how it's organized, and where to start. If you read one thing first, read this page, then take the guided Your first day walkthrough.

What Realm is

Realm is a real-estate transaction platform. It's where you run your business end to end: your contacts and leads, your live transactions, the documents and milestones each one needs, your messages, your compliance, and the long-term storage of everything once a Realm closes. Riding alongside all of it is EVE, your operating partner — an intelligence layer that watches your REALMS, flags what needs attention, and prepares the next step for you to approve.

The 60-second mental model

  • A Workspace is your brokerage or team container — your organization, its members, billing, and settings. You can belong to several Workspaces and switch between them. See Workspaces & switching.
  • A Realm is a single transaction — one property, one buyer or seller transaction. Everything about it (documents, tasks, messages, milestones, people) lives inside its Realm.
  • EVE is your operating partner. It's one intelligence layer that shows up across chat, insights, banners, and "Finish with EVE." EVE proposes; you approve. It never changes a Realm behind your back.
  • People → Leads → Pipeline → Realm is the lifecycle: a contact becomes a lead, moves across your pipeline, and becomes a Realm when it goes under contract.
  • Transaction Templates bundle the documents, milestones, reminders, and rules a transaction needs into one reusable blueprint you apply to a Realm. A Pack is a bundle of required documents.

Workspace and Realm are not the same thing. A Workspace is your organization. A Realm is a single transaction. Keeping them straight makes the rest of Realm click.

How the platform is organized

Realm has a collapsible left navigation rail that holds your daily-work surfaces (Insights, EVE, Connect, People, REALMS, Tasks, Calendar, Workflows, and more), with secondary tools tucked into a More menu and Settings pinned at the bottom. The full tour is in Finding your way around.
