Coordinator handoff
A transaction coordinator (TC) helps agents get a transaction's file complete and then hands the finished file off — to the broker for review, or out to compliance. Realm gives a TC two document-level moves. Neither is a gate: the agent still owns the file; the TC assists and delivers.
Coordinator tools are for a team lead or admin acting as the TC. A solo agent is their own coordinator and can deliver their own files.
Request from an agent
When a document is missing or incomplete, the TC can request it from the agent who owns the Realm. That sends the agent a notification asking for the specific item, so nothing stalls silently. It's a nudge, not a lock — the agent stays in control of their transaction.
Deliver a completed file
Once a transaction's documents are ready, the TC delivers the file. There are a few honest ways to hand it off:
- Internal — send it to the broker's review desk (the same broker review flow every document uses).
- Provider package — build a provider-formatted export bundle (dotloop, SkySlope, and so on) as a downloadable package.
- Email — email a secure download link to a confirmed compliance address.
- Download — get the package as a file to hand off yourself.
Delivery is recorded as a permanent, append-only history, so there's always a clear record of what was handed off and when.
