Finish with EVE
Finish with EVE is the fast way to bring a Realm up to date. Inside a Realm, EVE prepares a batch of updates and next steps it believes are ready — and you review and approve them in one pass. It's EVE's "propose; you approve" promise made concrete.
What it does
EVE reads the Realm — its documents, dates, and outstanding items — and assembles a set of prepared updates grouped so you can scan them quickly, typically:
- Timeline — dates and milestones to set or correct.
- Missing Information — fields EVE can fill from documents it has read.
- Communications — drafts that are ready to send.
- Compliance — items that affect the Realm's compliance standing.
Each prepared update shows what EVE proposes, the current value (if any), how confident it is, and the source it's drawing from.
How to use it
- Open a Realm and find its EVE Insights panel.
- Review the prepared updates EVE has assembled.
- For each row, choose to Apply (accept it) or Skip (leave it as is). Read the source if you want to double-check.
- When you're happy, use Apply All to approve the rest in one action.
As each update applies, you'll see plain-language status — "Applying…", then "Applied," or "Couldn't apply" with a Retry if something went wrong. No internal jargon, just what happened.
Sources are required
EVE only offers one-click approval when it can cite where the information came from. If a prepared update has no citable source, EVE won't let you blindly apply it — it flags that the row needs your manual confirmation instead. This is deliberate: EVE asks rather than acts when it can't show its work.
Nothing is applied until you approve it. Finish with EVE is a review-and-approve flow — you're always the one who decides.
One action, everywhere
A prepared update exists once. Whether you approve it here, from a banner, or from chat, it's the same action — approving it in one place immediately updates every surface that was showing it. There's one EVE, and one source of truth for what's been done.
