Calendar

The Calendar brings every dated thing in your work into one view — showings, appointments, closings, inspection deadlines, task due dates, and key Realm dates — so you can see your week at a glance and spot conflicts before they happen.

What appears on your calendar

  • Realm events — showings, appointments, meetings, inspections, open houses, closings, and deadlines. Each event type has its own color so the day reads quickly.
  • Tasks — anything with a due date from Tasks shows as a task chip on its day.
  • Key dates — important transaction dates pulled from your Realms (closing dates, inspection and financing deadlines). These come from a Realm's milestones, so the calendar always reflects the Realm.
  • Studio posts — scheduled Marketing Studio posts and reminders appear too, so content and Realms share one view.

Use the view filters to narrow to a bucket — for example just tasks, just showings and scheduling, or just social posts.

Connected calendar accounts

You can connect an outside calendar (Google or Outlook) so it works two ways with your Realm calendar:

  • Your outside events show here. External events render in a muted color and note which account they came from (Google · you@...), so it's obvious they're outside context rather than a Realm-owned event.
  • Your Realm scheduling lands there. When a showing or appointment is scheduled in Realm, EVE puts the matching event on your connected calendar too — so your phone's calendar stays in sync.
  • Conflicts are caught. Realm quietly checks your outside events against scheduled Realm times and flags overlaps so you don't double-book.

To connect, open Settings and find Calendar Sync, then link Google or Outlook and choose which calendars to show and which to write to. Once connected, everything flows automatically. (See also Integrations.)

Connecting your calendar and connecting your inbox are separate steps, even for the same Google or Outlook account — link each where you need it. See Connecting your inbox.

Adding an event

  1. Open Calendar from the left navigation.
  2. Click Add Event (or click the day you want).
  3. Pick the event type — Showing, Appointment, Meeting, Inspection, Open House, Closing, or Deadline.
  4. Set the date, time, and an optional reminder.
  5. Save. The event appears on the day in its type color.

Plain to-dos created elsewhere show as Task chips automatically — you don't create those by hand here. Use Add Event for real scheduling items like showings and closings.

Appointments you set from a conversation with Send Calendar Invite also appear here automatically — see Sending a calendar invite.
