Searching listings

The Listings tab is your window into the market. Search the MLS, filter to what your buyer wants, build a shortlist, and share homes with clients — all without leaving Realm. Open Properties → Listings from the left navigation.

Searching the market

  • Search box — start typing an address, city, or area and Realm suggests matches as you go.
  • Filters — narrow by price, beds, baths, property type, status, and more to match your buyer's criteria.
  • List or card view — switch between a compact list and photo cards, and sort by price or list date.

Listings come from your connected MLS feed. If the feed is briefly unavailable, Realm shows the last-known data and notes it rather than breaking the page.

Your working list

As you search, add homes to a working list — your running shortlist for a buyer. The working list is saved in your browser, so it survives closing the tab and coming back. Use it to assemble a tour, then share the set with your client.

Saved searches

Turn a set of filters you run often into a saved search so you don't rebuild it each time. Open Saved searches to re-run one in a click. (Buyer-facing listing alerts — where a client gets notified of new matches — are set up per contact on the contact's page.)

Sharing homes with a client

Found something worth sending? Share a listing (or your whole working list) with a client, a vendor, or a teammate: pick the recipient from your contacts, add a note, and send. You can also copy a shareable link per home. Shared listings are tracked so you can see what you've sent.

From your MLS feed

If you've connected your MLS, the Listings tab surfaces From your MLS feed — the listings your MLS attributes to you. This is how your own inventory shows up without any manual entry. Claim a listing to mark it as yours; claimed listings are flagged so you can tell your own inventory from the rest of the market. See Connecting your MLS.
